Lauren has served as a public defender, representing clients in a wide range of criminal matters. She also contributed to the Domestic Justice workgroup of Legal Aid of Arkansas, where she worked with individuals facing family law challenges, including custody disputes and securing Orders of Protection.

Jennifer has spent years working alongside public defenders and DHS, advocating for clients in difficult situations. She also volunteered with the Delta Divorce Clinic, guiding people through the legal process to obtain divorces they could not otherwise afford, ensuring they had a fair chance at a fresh start.
