Jennifer Haynes brings the latest strategies and knowledge when she advocates for her clients in family and criminal matters. It’s more than just a job, the law is a passion for her, and she enjoys protecting her clients’ rights in the courtroom.
While earning her Juris Doctorate, she had the opportunity to clerk with a criminal defense attorney and the Pulaski County Public Defender’s office. She was also a research assistant who observed the criminal courts in Arkansas to aid with the Center for Criminal and Racial Justice with Bowen School of Law.
After spending many years working closely with the Department of Human Services on child welfare cases, Jennifer has seen firsthand the ins and outs of family legal matters. Jennifer also participated in the Delta Divorce Clinic with Bowen School of Law, helping individuals obtain a divorce who could not afford to themselves. Jennifer’s deep understanding of the system helps her fight for the best interests of parents and children alike. After achieving her Juris Doctorate, Jennifer knew she wanted to advocate in criminal and family legal matters, and looks forward to helping you with your legal needs.
